1. About this website
The website is operated by Jollybeing Robotics Limited / 竅靈機器人(香港)有限公司. It presents Jollybeing, a desktop robotic companion currently in development, and information about a planned crowdfunding campaign.
2. Pre-launch information
Images, prototypes, demonstrations, specifications, features, compatibility, pricing, reward details and schedules are illustrative and may change during development. Nothing on this website is an offer to sell or a guarantee that a campaign, product or feature will launch on a particular date.
3. Kickstarter and other third parties
If we launch on Kickstarter, pledges and rewards will be governed by the final Kickstarter project page, Kickstarter’s terms, and the campaign terms displayed when you pledge. Third-party websites and services are responsible for their own content, availability and practices.
4. Intellectual property
The website and its text, visual design, product design, images, video, logos and other materials are owned by or licensed to Jollybeing and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view the site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, scrape, reverse engineer or exploit its content without prior written permission, except where law permits.
5. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, impersonate another person, submit unlawful content, or use the site in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of others.

Our total liability relating to the website will not exceed the amount you paid us for using it, which is currently zero. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot legally be limited.
