Has the Jollybeing crowdfunding campaign officially launched?
Not yet! We are currently in the final stages of preparation. Our campaign is scheduled to go live on Kickstarter in June 2026. We recommend subscribing to our mailing list to ensure you don’t miss out on the “Early Bird” specials when we launch!
Can I pre-order or purchase Jollybeing through other channels?
To ensure a fair and transparent process for all our supporters, Kickstarter will be the ONLY official platform for placing orders during this phase. We do not have any authorized third-party sellers or offline pre-order options at this time. Please only use the official links provided on our website to avoid potential scams.
How will ordering and shipping be handled?
All order management, including payment processing and shipping logistics, will be handled exclusively through Kickstarter and its integrated backer management systems. Once the campaign successfully concludes, we will send out a survey to collect your shipping details. Please make sure to monitor the email address associated with your Kickstarter account.
What languages does Jollybeing support for conversation?
Jollybeing is designed to be a cross-cultural companion. It currently supports voice interaction in both English and Chinese. You can converse and give commands in either language, and Jollybeing will respond accordingly.
