Early Bird Reservation Terms
1. What you are reserving
The HKD 10.00 fee reserves access to a private Jollybeing Kickstarter Early Bird offer. It is not a purchase of a robot or other product, not a Kickstarter pledge, and not an investment, donation or guarantee that the campaign will reach its goal.
2. Kickstarter action is still required
You must use the private access link and complete a separate pledge on Kickstarter while the campaign and applicable reward remain available. Kickstarter account, payment, quantity and campaign rules apply. The reservation fee is not credited against or deducted from a Kickstarter pledge.
3. Eligibility and fair use
One reservation is permitted per person and email address unless we state otherwise. Access credentials are intended for the reservation holder. We may cancel duplicate, fraudulent or abusive reservations and return the fee to the original payment method.
4. Refunds
Refunds are returned to the original payment method on request before the Kickstarter campaign ends. If Jollybeing cancels the campaign, all reservation fees will be refunded within 30 days. Approved refunds are made to the original payment method. Bank and card processing times are outside our control. A completed refund cancels unused Early Bird access.
5. Changes or cancellation
Product specifications, campaign timing, reward pricing and quantities may change before launch. If we cannot provide the described Early Bird access, your remedy is a refund of the reservation fee.
6. Contact and governing law
The reservation is provided by Jollybeing Robotics Limited / 竅靈機器人(香港)有限公司. Questions and refund requests may be sent to hello@jollybeing.com. These terms are governed by Hong Kong law without limiting mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live.
